A very professional nurse who took the time to listen to all the problems that I was experiencing with my stoma pouch, she was so very informative, which left me feeling so much better.

Michaela was excellent in all respects. My problem was pain around the stoma and she quickly understood what was happening and explained it to me. After asking my permission she dealt with it. The pain has not come back. Michaela came back for another look one week later but did not need to do any further treatment.

Nurse Louise was efficient helpful and knowledgeable.

Overall the NAMS ordering system is excellent. Only drawback is the availability of a stoma nurse to see me at home as I rang you about my annual review in November and was only seen today.
The provision of support wear is also disappointingly slow as this was discussed also in November and nothing has happened yet regarding new support wear.
